9. Guaranteed services Guaranteed LTL services include only the durations indicated by the selected airline. Guaranteed LTL service periods do not include vacation and/or service days as defined by the airline. Guaranteed LTL service shipments must be scheduled before 15:00 on the day of pickup and must be picked up no later than 17:00. Deliveries requiring special services, equipment, tailgates, receipts, order notifications or dates are not eligible for the guaranteed LTL service. Shipments that are not delivered by the date/time indicated in the bill of lading cannot be considered a service failure if the reason for the delay in delivery is not considered to be a fault of the carrier. . . .
